Red Rock Industries has been in existence since 2006 and is committed to quality, integrity, service and value. Our team seeks to earn your business by providing superior customer service that exceeds your expectations.
While we are, by some standards, a young company, the owner Mike Embrey has been in the manufacturing business since 1977. He began in the Deburr department at Valanite and worked his way through the ranks to become the Manufacturing Manager. In 1998 he left Valanite to become a partner in a small machine shop in Gainesville, Texas. Mike decided to come home to our farm in rural North Texas in 2006 to start Red Rock Industries.
We are a family owned and operated company that hires and trains young, upcoming machinists to the high standards we have set. Our competitive edge includes manufacturing the highest quality products available. We proactively help distributors maintain smaller inventories and therefore effectively lower warehouse overhead costs.
We have made it through some of the roughest economic times in the history of the United States by providing our customers with quality products made to their unique specifications, having integrity in everything that we do, and by providing exceptional customer service.

Mike Embrey, President & CEO
Mike Embrey worked at Valanite from 1977-1998. He began working in deburr and left his position as the Manufacturing Manager. From 1998-2006, Mike worked at National Tool & Gage, a partnership-based machine shop.
Having gained valuable experience in the manufacturing industry, Mike decided it was time to create his own company in 2006 and formed Red Rock Industries in Whitesboro, Texas. At Red Rock Industries, Mike oversees all operations, sales, customer service and manufacturing. He is the President and CEO of the company.
When Mike is not busy in the shop, he enjoys fishing and hunting in the beautiful, vast outdoors of Texas.

Mylynda Embrey, Vice President & CFO
Mylynda Embrey has been an active bookkeeper since 1998. She became the office manager for Stallion Construction covering over four locations until the economy took its downturn in December 2010. She decided that she wanted to grow and tend her family business.
Mylynda is responsible for managing inventory, sales and all financial operations at Red Rock Industries. Her talents and abilities have directly contributed to keeping the company performing strong.
A proud mother of four children and eleven grandchildren, Mylynda is a family-oriented parent. In her free time, Mylynda enjoys fishing, gardening and spending time with her grandkids.

Michael Embrey II, Operations Manager
Michael Embrey II worked at NTG with his father as a machinist. He has experience working for Stallion Construction as quarry foreman, running heavy equipment until the quarry closed due to the economic downturn.
Michael is an invaluable member of our team as he supervises the Red Rock Industries manufacturing facility. He is directly responsible for scheduling, quality control and programming for our company.
In his free time, Michael enjoys spending time in the great outdoors. His hobbies include hunting and fishing, and he is the proud father of two children.

Amanda Savage, Head of Shipping / Receiving
Amanda has worked with Red Rock since 2021 heading up our shipping and receiving department as well as helping in the office. She is a mother of two young children, Rusty and Dixie and enjoys baking, cake decorating and spending time with family. Amanda is an integral part of Red Rocks team insuring inventory accuracy and excellent customer service!
